We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our consulting team in Perth. As a strategic leader, you will accelerate the delivery of lasting value by applying strong problem-solving capabilities, effective communication skills and business acumen to high-value challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and scope consulting projects that create value for product group assets and functions.
  • Deliver projects autonomously, manage interfaces and ensure strong collaboration with clients and their teams.
  • Develop and present project findings that deliver sustainable short- and long-term value.
  • Develop and lead the project work plan for a combined team of consultants and client members.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading projects in a top-tier consulting firm; operational experience is highly regarded.
  • Past experience in leading and coaching teams to unleash their potential.
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and challenge pre-established conceptions across strategy, transformation and business improvement.
