Automotive Operations Executive

We are seeking an accomplished Automotive Operations Executive to lead our team in driving business growth, operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ownership of key performance indicators including revenue, profitability, quality assurance, compliance management
- Strategic planning and implementation of health, safety and environment compliance
- Performance management of staff in accordance with industry best practices
- Providing outstanding customer and member service
- Growth and optimisation of existing client base
- Review, recommendation and implementation of operational improvements to ensure efficient operations
- Inventory/stock/equipment management and control
- Escalation points for customer feedback and complaints
- Participation in retention, recruitment and selection activities
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers a permanent, full-time position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive industry combined with demonstrated coaching and consultative leadership style, maintaining sound sales and business acumen.
