ERP Transformation Lead

Lead the implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in a national manufacturing setting.
This pivotal role requires you to drive transformation, structure delivery, and align people, process, and technology to unlock business growth. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all functions, guiding subject matter experts and ensuring disciplined execution.
- Develop a software roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Promote operational efficiency and bottom-line results.
Your primary focus will be on leading the internal project for ERP implementation. You will engage and indirectly manage a team of dedicated subject matter experts across the business to understand business requirements across functions.
Key Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure.
- Successful implementation of a Tier 2 ERP solution, preferably Epicor Kinetic.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies.
