ERP Transformation Testing Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Test Lead to spearhead testing for a major ERP implementation. This is a leadership role, focusing on coordinating vendors, partners, and users to deliver a successful transformation.
The Role- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies across various phases
- Lead testing efforts with vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders
- Ensure timely defect resolution and minimize risk through structured triage
- Provide regular reporting on testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership
- Guide business users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Proven experience as a Test Lead on ERP projects, preferably S/4HANA
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and defect management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Bonus points for industry expertise in publishing or finance
