As a KYC Expert, you will play a key role in optimizing client onboarding processes and enhancing business performance. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional operational excellence and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire client lifecycle for new account openings, product or service enhancements, and remediation activities within Global Markets.
  • Gather and review relevant documentation from various sources to ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
  • Perform initial screenings to verify adherence to regulatory frameworks.
  • Handle escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify risks and monitor issues until resolution using root cause analysis techniques.

You will collaborate closely with offshore teams to coordinate pipeline management and expedite account openings. Proficiency in MS Office and expertise in KYC systems are essential requirements for this role.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in KYC or AML roles within financial services, including complex onboarding scenarios involving various entity types.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, FATCA, MIFID, and Australian regulations is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills are highly valued.
