Job Title:

Client Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee the effective use of CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture, segmentation, and follow-up activity.
  • Design and implement personalized client journeys, including appointments, styling sessions, and events.
  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Analyse client engagement data, identify opportunities, and support commercial goals.
  • Provide training and feedback to the team to ensure clienteling standards are consistently met.
  • Partner with store leadership to integrate client engagement into broader sales and performance objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally in a client engagement or styling leadership role.
  • A proven ability to coach and develop a team around service and client relationships.
  • Confidence in using CRM platforms and applying data insights to engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A genuine interest in luxury fashion, styling, and delivering personalized service.
