- Proven experience in financial services with strong relationship management skills
- Expertise in law, accounting, paralegal work, financial planning, or paraplanning
- Familiarity with navigating highly regulated environments
- Strong empathy, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities
- High levels of resilience and emotional intelligence
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in finance, law, or a related field
