Lead Building Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Buildings Team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on iconic projects, collaborate with experts, and leverage your skills across technical work, project management, and client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities- Structural design of buildings, inspections, assessments, and reporting
- Collaborating with architects, project managers, building services, and civil engineers in multidisciplinary teams
- Project management and leading teams for successful project delivery
- A relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering
- A minimum of 8-12 years' industry experience as a Structural Engineer, with specific depth of experience in building design projects in a consulting environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards
- Ongoing career development opportunities in a vibrant and collaborative workplace culture
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their growth
