The Role: Desktop Support Specialist.

This position offers the opportunity to provide desktop support to a variety of users, troubleshooting and resolving complex PC and network problems. Responsibilities include providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, performing installations, repairs and maintenance of software and hardware, as well as infrastructure cabling and establishing network connectivity.

Additional duties may include general office maintenance and assisting with inventory management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or technical certifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in IT and Infrastructure and Operations
  • A+ Certification
  • Expertise in Problem Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management and ITIL framework
