
Technical Support Professional

The primary role of this position is to deliver exceptional post-sales services to customers via multiple communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using advanced software tools and methodologies.
- Develop clear and concise solutions to complex problems, articulating ideas in an effective manner.
- Evaluate and escalate customer-related issues through established processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support specialists and R&D engineers, to achieve shared goals.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related technical support role.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills, with expertise in both hardware and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, and project management, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
