Job Opportunity

A talented Marketing Data & Insights Specialist is sought to drive data-driven decision making and support business growth, sales, and product development. This Sydney-based role requires a skilled analyst with experience in Salesforce and Google Analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports on stakeholder needs using Salesforce
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing data between Salesforce and Mailchimp
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights across email, website, and social media
  • Schedule regular performance reporting to inform trend identification and opportunities
  • Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to guarantee data accuracy

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in the financial services industry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress, Mailchimp, and Microsoft Excel
  • Able to balance autonomy and teamwork, with strong problem-solving skills
