Data Scientist - Strategic Insights

Be a key player in shaping strategic workforce decisions through advanced analytics, machine learning, and data storytelling.

As a Data Scientist on our Workforce Insights & Analytics team, you will connect the dots between data, strategy, and people to drive real impact. You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand complex business challenges and co-create solutions that guide decision-making at the highest levels.

  • You'll need strong stakeholder management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • A proven track record of experience (min 3 years) in data science, analytics, or a related field, ideally within HR, workforce, or organisational domains is essential.

We're looking for a big-picture thinker who can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and drive meaningful change through data-driven insights.
