Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role
As a Learning and Development Consultant at ASIC, you will play a key role in designing and delivering learning solutions that meet the diverse needs of our organization and our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and P&D strategy.
- Design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives using adult learning methodologies and emerging technologies.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify skill and knowledge gaps, and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Prepare learning briefs, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Analyse and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, or eLearning. You will have a strong understanding of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models, as well as proven skills in project management and interpersonal communication.
