Workforce Planning Specialist

About the Role
The Workforce Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of strategic workforce plans that are aligned with our business goals and customer support KPIs.
This role requires an experienced professional with 5-6 years of experience in customer service and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the Workforce Team, engaging and supporting direct reports, leveraging and analysing Zendesk data, developing policies and procedures, and presenting new opportunities to key stakeholders.
