
Customer Service Ambassador

Imagine yourself at the forefront of guest services, where your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will shine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations of the bell desk, ensuring timely and efficient service.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping, supporting smooth guest movement throughout the hotel. Your role will involve responding promptly to guest requests, including luggage assistance, transportation arrangements, and special amenities.
In addition, you will oversee the storage and retrieval of guest luggage, parcels, and lost & found items. Maintaining accurate records of all guest interactions and departmental activities is also an essential part of this position.
To ensure seamless guest experiences, you will brief team members on VIP arrivals, group movements, and special guest preferences. You will also support the onboarding and ongoing training of bell desk and door staff.
If issues arise, you will handle them with professionalism, escalating when necessary. Finally, you will uphold safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards in lobby and entry areas, promoting and embodying our service culture at all times.
Requirements:- Prior experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Knowledge of property management systems is preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts if required.
