Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
  • Schedule and prioritise tasks for key stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Deliver comprehensive product details and quotations to both prospective and current clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Assist new and returning customers by providing thorough product information and tailored quotes, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our company.
  • Handle customer job requests, sales orders, and quotes, ensuring precise and efficient data entry into our systems.
  • Develop meaningful business relationships with customers by being attentive, supportive, and personable, building trust and loyalty.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar role, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for helping others and making a difference.
