Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences via various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the luxury goods domain. You should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and have a strong passion for building relationships with customers.

In this role, you will handle client inquiries, facilitate online and phone sales, and collect valuable feedback from clients. You will also collaborate with our Client Service team for repairs and after-sales service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to reach commercial goals and objectives
  • Deliver brand information to clients and collect valuable feedback
  • Process data/information accurately in appropriate systems/tools under group security policy
  • Escalate system issues to team leader timely and report findings on system improvement
  • Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report findings to team leader
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury/high-end goods domain
  • Customer service oriented and sales oriented
  • Conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, and keen to learn
  • Skilled in speaking/writing expression and communication
  • Fluent in English (and Mandarin)
  • PC literate, SAP CRM, Salesforce experience is a plus
