About the Position

The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, promoting hotel products and services, and providing recommendations and assistance with general enquiries.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service, similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and provide a memorable first impression
  • Champion hotel products and services
  • Ensure smooth delivery of authentic service while handling concerns
  • Build relationships with new guests and brand advocates to secure returning stays
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with departments to ensure guest comfort, security, and enjoyment
  • Monitor public areas to maintain hotel standards
  • Organise luggage storage and delivery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Similar experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel (advantageous)
  • Warm, people-orientated demeanour
  • Knowledge of local area, including transport and attractions
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Passion for creating a memorable first and last impression
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure
  • Full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
