Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional customer interactions across multiple channels. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for creating and preserving seamless customer experiences at every touchpoint.

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to protocols.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, guiding them through the buying process via online portals.

  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries on social media, accurately logging all interactions in our CRM system to ensure compliance with internal procedures.

  • Address and escalate customer complaints as needed, providing regular feedback to management.

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and policies through workshops, training, and briefings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in handling phone calls, email case management, and strong administrative skills.
  • Experience with live chat case handling, technical skills, and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities.
  • Understanding and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, familiarity with Salesforce CRM is highly beneficial.
