Job Overview

A key member of our operations team, the Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing maintenance requests, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize facility maintenance requests in accordance with set deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule work with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report on progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, with a focus on minimizing risk and preventing non-compliance.
