Our team focuses on developing innovative and award-winning home designs that meet the needs of our customers. As a Product Development Draftsperson, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring their quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately model new house designs in ArchiCAD
  • Produce detailed documentation for use by our internal departments
  • Employ critical analysis to improve the quality of design and documentation
  • Liaise with designers as required for effective product development
  • Maintain existing library of ArchiCAD modules and master plans across the Group
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant building codes for compliance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) of Australia
Requirements:
  • Minimum educational qualification in Diploma of Building Design or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and downstream impacts of design modifications
  • Minimum 2 years' Architectural Drafting experience within the residential home design sector
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Previous ArchiCAD experience preferred but not essential
