About the Role:

  • Assist project managers with day-to-day coordination and delivery of commercial construction projects
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to guarantee smooth project execution
  • Support procurement, tendering, and compliance processes to maintain high-quality standards
  • Monitor project progress and help resolve issues as they arise to minimize delays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (experience with project software is an advantage) to streamline tasks and improve productivity
