Job Opportunity

As a skilled Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts from award to final close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract lifecycle including preparation, review, and payment claims processing
  • Oversee payment lifecycle for compliance with SOPA and legislative frameworks
  • Develop claim templates, FAQs, and commercial execution documentation
  • Lead training and onboarding for new contract team members
  • Review claim accuracy, supporting documentation, and contract alignment
  • Manage purchase order lifecycle, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting dashboards
  • Track commercial KPIs using tools like Power BI, IFS, or Excel
  • Chair internal stakeholder meetings and drive commercial visibility
Requirements:
  • Contract administration experience in construction, mining, or oil and gas
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and payment schedules
  • Experience with SOPA compliance (QLD preferred) and Australian commercial law
  • Proficiency in IFS, Procore, Aconex, SharePoint, or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel or Power BI skills for pivot tables, dashboards, and KPI tracking
