Contract Management Opportunity

A highly skilled Contract Administrator is sought to join a leading commercial design and construction organization.

About the Role:

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial construction projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support procurement, tendering, and compliance processes.
  • Monitor project progress and help resolve issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (experience with project software an advantage).
