Job Title: Value Strategy Lead

This role involves shaping the overall value and performance strategy for a major financial institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transformation projects, driving business outcomes, and ensuring alignment across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic options and value drivers across customer and business design
  • Support the development of robust portfolio-level and TSP-specific business cases
  • Maintain customer design integrity by owning the build and update of a single source of truth for Customer Design definitions
  • Lead design and management of reporting for key readiness indicators
  • Track benefit and contra-benefit drivers (e.g. customer attrition)
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial modelling, valuation, and business case development
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel skills and/or coding proficiency (e.g. Python, SQL) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to translate and present technical concepts effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading others in workstreams and delivering under tight timelines
