As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. Key Requirements:

* You must have experience working with participants who have complex mental health needs

* You must be able to demonstrate resilience and strong boundaries in the workplace

* You must be willing to work flexible rosters, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

* You must have a current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle

* You must have some experience delivering Personal Care and a knowledge of the NDIS sector

* You must have a First Aid certificate and CPR or be willing to obtain one

* You must undergo an NDIS worker screening check and complete the NDIS orientation module

**Your New Role:***

You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals with disabilities. Your tasks may include assisting with mealtime, medication prompting, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing. You will also transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings, and engage in social interaction and client observations.

We welcome applicants who have experience and/or a qualification as a Disability Support Worker, Community services worker, or related field and above.
