About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled Complex Disability Support Worker to join our team.

Job Description:

This position involves providing support to individuals with complex disabilities, including those with epilepsy management, intellectual disability, acquired brain injury, and other neurological/physical disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and passionate about delivering person-centred care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing low-level care, including personal care, meal preparation, and general domestic assistance
  • Supporting participants with medication administration, tracheostomy and ventilation care, and manual handling
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as showering, grooming, and attending to personal hygiene needs
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care services

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and own road-safe vehicle
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Minimum Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or Nursing qualifications

Multiple locations available, including Greenacre, Roselands, Punchbowl, Bexley North, and Edensor Park.
