Empowering individuals with disabilities is at the core of our mission. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services that enable our clients to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all individuals we support.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, including grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Support the use of physical and communication aids, as well as other personal equipment.
  • Facilitate community participation and socialization through various activities and outings.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Code of Conduct
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with complex disabilities
