Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Claims: A claims advisor will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of claims, assessing the need for treatment and rehabilitation, and investigating claims to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Assess Treatment Needs: This involves evaluating the need for medical treatment and rehabilitation services, as well as negotiating settlements with lawyers and counsel.
- Investigate Claims: The claims advisor must investigate claims thoroughly, interpreting medical documents and identifying areas where proactive claims management can be improved.
- Ensure Compliance: It is essential to ensure that all legislative timeframes are met, along with adhering to internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:
