Key Responsibilities

Lodgement and Claims Processing
  • Manage the intake and processing of motor claims, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders throughout.
  • Work closely with team members to resolve complex claims issues, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
