As a seasoned professional, you will have the ability to identify challenges and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Assistant Area Manager in developing strategies for team growth and development.
  • Coach team members to align with company values and performance expectations.
  • Empower the team to collaborate, share ideas, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide compassionate care and conduct meaningful assessments to guide clients through career transitions.
  • Design tailored Return to Work plans that promote recovery and reintegration.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders—health professionals, employers, and insurers—to co-create impactful solutions.
  • Visit workplaces to identify challenges and advocate for safer, more inclusive environments.
What You Will Need
  • A Master's in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
  • Registration with ASORC or AHPRA.
