The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling, human resources, or recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high degree of empathy and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
