In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding individuals towards their next success story.

The Role
As a Career Transition Specialist, you will work one-on-one with clients, providing guidance and support throughout their career journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive one-on-one consultations to understand each person's unique skills, experience, and career goals.
Helping clients identify transferable skills and explore new career paths.
Providing hands-on assistance with resume and cover letter writing,
Conducting mock interviews and offering constructive feedback to enhance confidence.
Assisting in delivering workshops on topics such as job search strategies, networking, and personal branding.
Offering tools and resources to support job searching and career planning
Staying up-to-date with current job market trends and industry demands to provide the most relevant advice.
Maintaining detailed records of client progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in career counseling, human resources, or recruitment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A high degree of empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
Familiarity with various career assessment tools and job search platforms.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
