Career Transition Specialist Role

About the Position

This challenging role involves working closely with individuals to identify and pursue employment opportunities. Building strong relationships with local employers is key, as is providing tailored support to ensure successful job placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster connections with businesses to secure job openings through networking and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate one-on-one with clients to understand their career aspirations, address potential barriers, and develop effective job search strategies.
  • Match clients with suitable roles and provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment, placement, and post-placement phases.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes in line with organisational standards.
  • Achieve performance targets related to job placements, client satisfaction, and business development.
About You
  • Background in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • Proven success in sales or target-driven environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of employer needs and the local job market.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working with individuals with diverse needs (highly regarded).
