We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Pitcher Partners Sydney.

We are embarking on a significant growth program which will see the firm and the division flourish and expand. This change in collaboration with Divisional Partners will be spearheaded by the Service Line Leader who is seeking a proactive, pragmatic, business-savvy, and first-class EA to assist him manage a number of key priorities and ensure that his days run smoothly and effectively.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing first-class administrative support to the Service Line and Service Line Partner, ensuring that reports, business papers, and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.

  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Maintaining the diary of the SLL and organizing travel and other related arrangements as required
  • Coordinating meetings, managing attendance, preparing documentation, and reports as required
  • Identifying and taking follow-up action arising from agenda and meeting/board notes as required
  • Providing administrative support to other staff members as required
  • Building strong networks and relationships with clients and their EAs
  • Carrying out special projects as allocated by the Service Line Leader
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated senior Executive Assistant skills and experience working directly with a Partner, preferably gained within a professional services environment.

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, with excellent attention to detail.

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the firm.

Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.

High-level computer literacy and application of Microsoft Office products and digital/web-based mediums.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A range of benefits, including flexible working hours, 18 weeks' paid parental leave after 12 months, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities
