About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team in Gunnedah on a 12-month maternity leave contract. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional business support through general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of House Duties: Serve as the initial point of contact for all branch visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Scheduling: Arrange pre-employment medicals, inductions, and camp accommodation bookings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable tasks efficiently, including purchase orders and processing invoices with accuracy.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, maintain compliance, and manage databases effectively, upholding the highest standards of quality.
  • Safety Culture: Actively promote and uphold a positive safety culture within our organization.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Confident and friendly phone manner, with outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a cooperative team and willing to help others.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a busy environment.
  • Proficient Data Management skills and Excel usage.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000-$65,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
