Operational Coordinator Role

This role sits at the heart of our operations and offers a dynamic, hands-on experience.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to colleagues, including procurement, finance, travel, events, meetings, and grant administration tasks.
  • Maintain our Document Management System (DMS) for seamless collaboration across the Centre.
  • Ensure our workplace meets health and safety standards by resolving building maintenance issues and managing space allocation.
  • Develop seating plans, liaise with contractors, and oversee mail distribution processes.
  • Coordinate emergency management and fire drills to ensure business continuity.
  • Spending around two days per week updating and managing Salesforce data to drive operational excellence.
  • Support strategic projects as required by the leadership team.
