Property Operations Assistant Manager Role

The Property Operations team at The Star is looking for a skilled assistant manager to coordinate personnel on shift and ensure effective completion of maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish specific performance objectives for direct reports and oversee service delivery
  • Coordinate resource requirements during each shift to meet business needs
  • Support the leadership team to provide direction regarding operational aspects of the department
  • Provide reporting on shift labour, productivity and staffing levels
  • Assist with the coordination, prioritisation and scheduling of work orders
Requirements:
  • Trade certificate in construction or maintenance
  • Previous experience in an environment with a high turnover of maintenance requests, such as hospitality
  • Good all-around knowledge of building services
  • Prior experience throughout Engineering and/or Maintenance
