As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a process-driven and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day order fulfilment and operations.

This role is great for someone who:

What you'll do:

• Process sales orders and update internal systems accordingly
• Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
• Support billing and invoicing in coordination with the finance team
• Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and assist with stock management
• Coordinate product returns, repairs, and credits
• Assist with inventory management and system maintenance in our ERP system
• Work closely with customer success to keep our clients in the loop

What we're looking for:

• Experience in operations, logistics or fulfilment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• A team player and willing to pitch in wherever needed

This role requires regular manual handling and physical tasks, including lifting and moving stock (up to 15kg) and being on your feet for extended periods. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with the physical aspects of the role and can safely perform these duties.
