We're now looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the systems and processes that keep our restaurants running with heart, purpose and consistency. If you're passionate about operational excellence and love bringing ideas to life through structure, training and collaboration, this role could be for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing and maintaining engaging training materials including manuals, checklists, visual aids and e-learning content
  • Coordinating operational rollouts across restaurants, including new systems, menu items, campaigns and initiatives
  • Planning and supporting product and equipment trials, capturing feedback and compiling post-trial insights
  • Creating and distributing internal communications to support training, change initiatives and operational updates
  • Managing documentation libraries and shared platforms to ensure data accuracy and version control
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational consistency
  • Supporting a strong training culture across the network by making systems and information easy to access and apply
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience in a coordinator or administration role, ideally within a multi-site QSR, hospitality or franchise environment
  • Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A working knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong usability skills
  • Experience using project management and business intelligence platforms such as Monday.com or Power BI
  • Familiarity with Canva and content creation for internal training or communications
  • A clear, engaging communication style both written and verbal
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and follow through
