Operations Manager

As an experienced leader in case management, you will lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality support services to individuals and families. Your expertise will enable the team to provide comprehensive casework support using a strengths-based approach.
The role requires collaboration with community members experiencing complex issues to provide advocacy and support through various systems impacting their lives. You will also work closely with other specialty roles within the organisation to enhance professional supervision, training, data collection, research, and quality assurance.
This position is expected to be part of the Service Management Team and participate in Organisation Management Team meetings on a rotational basis. Additionally, this role may involve being available for on-call duties after hours.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of case managers in delivering comprehensive support services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies for casework support using a strengths-based approach.
- Collaborate with community members, service providers, and other stakeholders to advocate for client needs.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and protocols that promote effective case management practices.
- Tertiary qualification (bachelor's degree or higher) in Human Services or a related field.
- Significant experience in case management, preferably within the community services sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations affecting human services.

This role requires a Blue Card (Working with Children Check), LCS2 (Personal and Criminal History Check), and NDIS Worker Screening. The successful applicant will be required to apply for these clearances prior to commencement.
