About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Officer to join our team at CAE Australia. As a key member of our Training Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct course opening and closure procedures for students
  • Organize meetings and course scheduling events
  • Support project initialization and coordination
  • Evaluate cost, schedule, and key performance indicators to identify discrepancies and measure impact
  • Conduct course paneling and signal drafting for Royal Australian Navy personnel

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills and knowledge of productivity suites (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management fundamentals and tools
  • Financial and/or business acumen, with experience in government or defence an asset
