About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Campaign Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive business performance and stakeholder engagement.

The Campaign Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to deliver against each area of accountability outlined below.

This role is a member of the Marketing team with shared responsibility for the effective operation of systems and processes that support our organization's programs and services, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

The Campaign Marketing Coordinator will collaborate across specific business units to implement agreed strategies, ensuring alignment of all cross-functional responsibilities, and achievement of agreed business objectives and community outcomes.

Main responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Coordinating the implementation of agreed marketing plans across our full range of programs and services">
  • Participating in campaign analysis and producing, maintaining and distributing campaign metrics and reports relating to marketing campaigns and initiatives across all channels">
  • Maintaining and administering a range of campaign marketing systems, tools and resources with a focus on continuous improvement">
  • Coordinating processes required to meet compliance standards and legislative requirements relating to marketing campaigns and initiatives for all programs and services">

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • Relevant experience in campaign marketing coordination">
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns at any one time">
  • Understanding of data, metrics and analysis with the ability to produce reports">
  • Knowledge of a range of contemporary marketing systems and tools">
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders">
  • Strong communication skills">

Auslan skills or a willingness to learn are also desirable.
