About the RoleThe Director of Student Wellbeing will work collaboratively with the Learning Enhancement, Student Welfare, and Health teams to ensure all initiatives align with the College's mission and Christian ethos. This role requires leadership at the executive level, with a focus on data-driven initiatives, the rollout of wellbeing programs, and the development of a unified approach to wellbeing across the school community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of student wellbeing strategies and programs
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a cohesive approach to student wellbeing
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on student wellbeing practices and policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support student wellbeing
