Attracting a candidate with planning and problem-solving skills is a priority for our group of venues across New South Wales. This part-time role, working 3 days per week, will support our operational teams in managing roster requirements effectively.

This role will involve designing rosters to meet fluctuating business needs, coaching leaders on scheduling efficiencies, and reviewing rosters at least twice a year. To achieve this, the Rosters Coordinator will:

- Coach leaders in our roster philosophy and operational tools
- Design and deliver rosters within agreed timeframes
- Coordinate regular reviews of all rosters based on trade patterns
- Ensure rosters align with employment terms and conditions
- Partner with the HR team on recruitment requirements, skill gaps, and team levels
- Work with operational leaders on departmental changes and rostering needs
- Prepare relevant reports for operational leaders

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience in designing rosters with changing requirements
- Ability to interpret employment terms and conditions related to rostering
- Experience with rostering systems, ideally UKG Workforce Ready
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to think creatively and contribute new ideas
