Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing quality credit outcomes for corporate property customers across construction and investment transactions.
  • Structuring and analysing credit submissions, including end-to-end deal execution through documentation and negotiation.
  • Monitoring performance and covenant controls for existing clients, reporting client financial and operational performance to risk management.
  • Coaching peers on complex transactions and credit capability.
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders, taking responsibility for end-to-end engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an analyst in credit writing or similar property-related experience.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions, ideally with prior experience in new to bank transactions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate findings to risk and senior management.
