We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to contribute to the development and preparation of comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.

The Role

This role involves contributing to the delivery of accurate and insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making and driving performance within the business.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining cash flow and internal valuation models to assess key investment metrics, including IRRs, income yield, and capital returns at both asset and portfolio levels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Modelling & Valuation: Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis on leasing, benchmarking, and sensitivity scenarios to support strategic decision-making and portfolio performance reviews.
  • Reporting & Insights: Preparing accurate and timely property, portfolio, and fund-level reports, developing dashboards and KPIs to visualise key business metrics and trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and strong commercial outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting or finance. You should have proven experience in analytical roles within property or retail sectors, with exposure to property valuation in agency or institutional settings.

You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a high-performing team and engage with diverse stakeholders.
