Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Finance Manager to lead our national team of analysts specialising in commercial property finance. As a key member of our Banking and Financial Services Credit team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored credit solutions to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee workflow management, guide and mentor your team members, and approve high-quality credit submissions with a focus on assessing counterparty risk for property services. You will be accountable for driving performance excellence, identifying training needs, and motivating a high-performing team that contributes significantly to the business's ongoing success.
