Property Finance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Finance Manager to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full financial operations for a varied portfolio of properties. This includes code and journaling all property-related transactions, preparing monthly management reports, and liaising with external auditors during audit processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial operations for a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports and analysis.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cashflow projections.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified accountant with CPA/CA accreditation (or working towards).
  • Proven experience in property accounting or management accounting within the property sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
