Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice on property, construction, development and finance matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate complex legal documentation
  • Support the delivery of social and affordable housing projects
  • Manage legal risks, compliance obligations and governance requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with current Australian practising certificate
  • Extensive experience in property, construction, development and finance law
  • Advanced drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
